Estimates and Pricing
All estimates provided through this website or in person are non-binding until a formal written agreement is executed. Prices may vary based on actual site conditions, material costs, and project scope. Final pricing is determined after a thorough in-person inspection.
Warranties
Warranty terms and conditions are provided in writing with each project contract. Manufacturer warranties are subject to the terms set by the respective manufacturer. Our workmanship warranty covers defects in installation as detailed in your project agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Ultimate Roofing Contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
