Workmanship Warranty
Our lifetime workmanship warranty covers defects in installation for as long as you own your home. If an issue arises from our installation work, we fix it at no cost.
Manufacturer Material Warranty
As certified installers for GAF, Owens Corning, and CertainTeed, we offer the highest tier of manufacturer warranties covering material defects for up to 50 years.
Repair Warranty
All repair work is backed by our 5-year warranty. If a repaired area fails within that period, we return and fix it at no additional charge.
Warranty Details
What Is Covered
Our workmanship warranty covers all aspects of installation including shingle application, flashing installation, underlayment application, ventilation installation, and gutter installation. Manufacturer warranties cover material defects including premature failure, algae resistance, and wind resistance up to the rated speed.
What Is Not Covered
Warranties do not cover damage caused by acts of nature (storms, hail, fallen trees), improper modifications by others, failure to maintain the roof per our recommendations, or normal wear and tear beyond the warranty period. Storm damage is typically covered by your homeowner's insurance.
Transferability
Our workmanship warranty is transferable to new homeowners within the first 10 years of installation. Manufacturer warranty transferability varies by product and must be registered within 60 days of home sale. Contact us for transfer documentation.
Filing a Warranty Claim
To file a warranty claim, contact us at (555) 000-0001 or email warranty@ultimateroofing.com. Provide your name, address, original project date, and description of the issue. We schedule an inspection within 5 business days and resolve valid claims promptly.
